Really enjoyed this one, Alex. I can see a lot of people becoming nomadic, or settle outside urban areas, as they 1) lose their jobs, 2) are forced to look for cheaper places to live, 3) realize that maybe they can work from home and earn a living and be happier, and 4) realize that cities aren’t the best place for them given all of the above. Fascinated to watch this trend over the next couple of years.
